No matter the generation you were born in, our needs are all the same-to feel loved, valued, seen and heard.

Children & Teens:

Generation Alpha-Generation Z

The interventions I utilize with children incorporate a diverse range of methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Children, Mindfulness practices for young ones, and the HeartMath self-regulation program. As a Certified Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP), I also integrate expressive arts as innovative pathways for children's emotional healing and self-discovery. For teens and adolescents, I adopt a tailored approach based on individual needs, employing techniques from CBT, DBT, and ACT therapies.

Couples & Family:

All the Generations

In my work with couples, I employ a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman methods to enhance relationships effectively. When collaborating with families of various ages and stages, I take an eclectic approach tailored to their distinct needs. I am committed to helping you and your family identify and leverage each member's strengths. By using a narrative therapy framework, I support families in externalizing their challenges, thereby preventing the labeling of themselves or any family member as the issue. As a Certified Family Trauma Specialist (CFTP), I provide trauma-informed care to families and couples, ensuring a compassionate and nurturing environment.
