My primary focus is on young people who are navigating difficulties related to emotional regulation, life transitions, grief and loss, developmental milestones, stress, anxiety, academic challenges, or depression.

I support adults who are experiencing challenges like stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, divorce, and career changes, as well as those on a journey to uncover their true selves. If you are an emerging adult traversing the intricacies of adulthood and eager to delve into your career goals, passions, or lifestyle, I am here to help.
Couples & Family
I offer couples and marriage therapy for those experiencing difficulties in their relationships. Whether you and your partner are struggling to connect, looking to mend after a conflict, or navigating the consequences of infidelity, I am here to help you. Moreover, I provide family therapy designed for individuals of all ages and life stages.

Based on my experience, I view therapy as a transformative journey to uncover your authentic self, one that lies beyond the external influences that have shaped your identity—essentially, bringing the unconscious into awareness. I derive immense fulfillment from working with individuals of all ages. The insights from a 6-year-old can prove just as enlightening as those from a 50-year-old.
With over 16 years of experience collaborating with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, I possess a nuanced understanding of the subtle differences across generations while also recognizing our shared humanity.
